Who Am I?

I am a longtime Rotorua resident and share a lakeside home with my wife Florance who works with me in management of Rotorua First National Real Estate. We have two sons - Nathan, who is a surveyor in Warkworth, and Caleb, who is a musician in Wellington. I have a background of architectural design and draughting and in management of a game farm/ hereford stud.
I enjoy time spent with family, friends and music.
I love the outdoors, fishing, hunting and gundog training which helps keep me fit and happy!

My Goals As A Sales Consultant?

I am committed to excellence in real estate and have enjoyed over 15 years of success in both good markets and bad. Having consistently been in the top 10% of all First National salespeople in NZ including No 1 Rural Salesperson, I know that there are no shortcuts!
In my view, the best real estate service combines commitment, enthusiasm, good communication skills and integrity.

I consistently sell a large proportion of Rotorua lifestyle properties and enjoy marketing lake properties as well. I am a specialist consultant in the planning and effective marketing of a number of successful subdivision developments such as Brunswick Park, Hamurana Fields, North Riding Estate, Highland Park, Highfield and Lynmore Estate.
